I bought this item and it took longer to get than expected. I installed it in my Mustang and the clock did not operate. I was told to send it to AutoMeter (my cost of $19 dollars) and I received a new one particular. I feel Amazon.com need to have paid to send it to the dealer. Amazon made it clear for me to take care of the damaged item Disappointed!
