This was what i required to monitor the inside temp on my Norcold rv unit. so far, it is operating nicely for both inside and outside readings... i slightly modified the refrig gasket to enable the probe cable to fit greater, and the flat cable permits for very tight clearances. only rated it 4 stars because i had to modify the door a modest bit to install it to my satisfaction. still, i would recommend this unit for what it does.
